Overview As a highly experienced Delivery Manager in Sainsbury's Tech you'll collaborate with our Product, Engineering, and business teams to lead the delivery across multiple initiatives, contributing towards key strategic outcomes and programmes to generate customer, colleague, and business value.
With a significant uplift in tech investment in the coming years, we have lots of transformational initiatives to deliver in Sainsbury's Tech and the Delivery Manager role will play a key part in our success to ensure delivery excellence.
Responsibilities The role will be both hands-on delivery Agile PM, SAFe Release Train Engineer / SAFe Agilist or similar Qualifications Extensive experience delivering complex multi-team data products within a technical landscape and matrix organisation.
Experience with data engineering, data governance, data quality, and data observability in cloud data ecosystems.
Strong delivery leadership, line management experience, and ability to build high-performing teams.
Proficient in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall planning and successful delivery in complex environments.
Experience in a regulated or compliant environment, partnering with Legal, regulatory, privacy, information security, architecture Agile PM, SAFe roles or similar #J-18808-Ljbffr
