Nectar360 is a fast‑paced, commercially focused business that helps brands connect with customers through insight‑led, customer‑centric media solutions. Within Argos Client Services, the team partners with Argos brands and internal stakeholders to create targeted, inspirational multi‑channel campaigns that support brand objectives, drive customer engagement and contribute to commercial growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work closely with clients, Commercial Trading teams and colleagues across Sainsbury’s, Argos and Nectar360 to understand campaign objectives and develop customer‑centric media plans.
  • Respond to client briefs, build compelling proposals and present recommendations that deliver against customer needs and commercial targets.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Commercial Trading, Digital Trading, Digital Marketing, Planning, Nectar360 teams, suppliers and agencies.
  • Support the wider team in delivering annual revenue targets, contribute to account strategies and identify new media opportunities, trends and business opportunities.
  • Help drive projects forward, ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timelines and support Client Executives where needed.

What you bring:

  • Experience from a marketing, digital or commercial environment and proven ability to work in a fast‑moving setting where priorities shift.
  • Organised, proactive, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills for internal teams, external clients, suppliers and agencies.
  • Strong commercial and customer focus, using insight, curiosity, and creativity to shape media plans.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity, changing situations and stretching targets, with a solution‑focused approach.
  • Collaboration skills to work closely with teams across the business while contributing to a positive, supportive and high‑performing team culture.
  • Experience in a marketing, digital or commercial environment, managing activity in a fast‑moving business context.
  • Ability to create customer‑focused plans or proposals that respond to commercial objectives and briefs.
  • Experience building working relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, suppliers or agencies.
  • Clear and effective communication and presentation to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and deliver work to agreed deadlines, using Excel proficiently.
