Overview
Picking and selecting the best quality products on the shop floor that online customers have ordered ready for delivery to their doorsteps – or providing brilliant substitutions where products are out of stock. You will use a handset to plan your route around the store, select what you need to fulfill orders, and manage time to complete each shop. You will work behind the scenes handling customer queries, processing orders and helping to load vans for Home Delivery Drivers. You will be ready to serve customers, support with any questions, and proactively offer help. You will build strong knowledge about our products, services and promotions to provide recommendations. You may work flexibly across the store as required. Shifts commonly start early (as many start at 4am) and you will work in a fast-paced, physical and high-energy environment, sometimes on your own but also as part of a team. You should be friendly and welcoming with a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.
