Sainsbury’s Group is seeking a Driver Training Lead to deliver technical, service and safety training to our driver colleagues across stores. You will be ADI accredited to assess and coach drivers, conduct risk assessments and tailor coaching to varying experience levels.
The role is field-based, covering a cluster of stores, with strong emphasis on safety, compliance and delivering excellent customer service through safe and efficient deliveries by Groceries Online and Fast Track Delivery teams.
