- Lead the Finance Systems team and execute the systems strategy and governance. Oversee systems administration, development, user training, and end-user support; manage access controls and data integrity. Collaborate with Technology and Finance leaders to align systems strategy with strategic aims. Oversee programme and project delivery, governance processes, and secure financial data. Lead change management and stakeholder engagement to support system adoption and improvements. Tasks Recognised professional finance qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Demonstrable understanding of finance systems and technology; ability to lead adoption, optimisation, and governance of finance processes People management experience leading a Finance Systems team in a large/complex organisation Experience delivering finance-related programmes/projects including planning, governance, and implementation Experience leading organisational change and system/adoption initiatives Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across Finance and Technology Key requirements
