Responsibilities include taking responsibility for the management of all non-food products ensuring they are presented attractively to delight customers. Ensure daily operations run smoothly from the shop floor to the warehouse. People management, including performance management, disciplinary actions, scheduling and pay accuracy. Assume overall responsibility for running the store, guiding colleagues to deliver for the customer.
