Experteer Overview In this role you partner with senior leaders in HR, Corporate Affairs and Corporate Services to design and deliver strategic regional or divisional people plans. You will coach leaders, drive a high-performance culture, and enable business change initiatives to improve capability and performance. You'll analyse people data to inform decisions and track progress on engagement, talent, performance, and inclusion metrics. This is a hybrid role in London, offering cross-functional collaboration with centres of excellence to deliver measurable business outcomes. Pay / Benefits

  • Partner with senior leaders in HR, Corporate Affairs and Corporate Services to provide trusted advisory support Create and deliver strategic regional/divisional people plans Mobilise and deliver against plans to drive performance and capability Coach and influence leaders to foster a high-performance culture Execute and embed business change initiatives Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment Analyse people data to inform decisions and track progress against targets Contribute to engagement, talent, performance, diversity, equity and inclusion metrics Tasks Senior People/HR Business Partner experience in a complex commercial environment Proven ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders (PLT & SLT) Analytical capability to interpret people and business data Experience supporting organisational change and people elements of transformations Broad knowledge across core people disciplines (talent, performance, OD, ER) Coaching capability to build leader capacity and performance CIPD Level 5+ qualification (preferred) Key requirements
