Responsibilities
- Role modelling and coaching for high standards and efficiency across the whole food hall.
- Managing compliance to processes while bringing passion and flair for shop keeping and customer service.

- Track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, with evidence of coaching others to raise the bar.

- Leadership experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced setting – retail, food service or hospitality – overseeing daily operations and keeping teams focused on delivering for customers.
