Responsibilities
- Work closely with a small team of managers to ensure the store runs smoothly every day.

- Track record of achieving or surpassing KPIs and other performance indicators.
- Experience managing disciplinaries, performance issues, and other employee‑relations matters.
- Operational leadership skills: ability to run store operations alone when senior managers are absent.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales, availability, customer‑satisfaction or colleague‑engagement targets.
- Experience with employee‑relations issues, including performance and absence management.
