Responsibilities
- Driving a 3.5 tonne van to deliver groceries to customers’ doorsteps on time and in excellent condition.
- Completing checks to ensure the van is organised, clean and road‑worthy, and that delivery cases are secure before setting out.
- Serving customers brilliantly, responding to any questions and substitutions, and keeping them aware of any delays.
- Building great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations.
- Assisting across the store when not making deliveries.
- Using digital tools and technology effectively and moving shopping containers up to 15 kg.
