Optio Resourcing is looking for an experienced Night Site Manager to cover a 3-night retail project at Sainsbury's Broadcut. The work is with an established turnkey retail contractor.
About the Role
- Running the site on night shifts in a live trading supermarket
- Managing and coordinating trades and subcontractors
- Keeping the site safe, including RAMS, permits, inductions and daily briefings
- Making sure the store is left safe and ready to trade each morning
- Completing daily reports, progress photos and site documentation
- Valid Black CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, Fire Marshal and Hot Works certificates (essential)
- Proven Site Manager experience, ideally on retail or supermarket projects
- Experience working nights in live trading environments
- Available for all 3 nights
- Own transport
- £290 per night
