Working closely with a small team of managers to ensure the store operates smoothly every day.

Taking responsibility for the daily running of the store, often being the sole manager with full accountability.

Collaborating with a team to complete tasks, ensuring customers are served efficiently and safely.

People management is a key part of the role, including managing performance, conducting disciplinaries, and ensuring scheduling and pay are accurate.

Occasionally assisting other stores within our close-knit network.
