As a Customer Advisor working in an Argos store inside Sainsbury’s, you’ll provide the very best experience for customers when they visit our stores to shop or collect their online orders.

Eligibility

  • Must be above the school‑leaver age in your country (see GOV.UK).
  • Right to work eligibility in the UK.
  • Roles are part‑time across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Hours will be scheduled to fit your availability and may vary week to week.

What you’ll be doing

  • Ensure customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor, and at the collection counter.
  • Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products, and process refunds.
  • Keep the stock room neat and tidy, and restock products from deliveries.
  • Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and providing advice on a wide range of products.
  • Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations.
