Overview
Customer-focused role delivering excellent service at the till, on website screens in-store, on the shopfloor, and at the collection counter.
Responsibilities
- Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
- Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
- Make sure that the stock room is neat and tidy, and restocking products from deliveries
- Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products
- Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations

Eligibility
- You must be above the school-leaver age in your country (School leaving age – GOV.UK)
- You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
- Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.
