Job Description: This role predominantly involves putting away deliveries and picking home delivery orders during the evening/early hours of the morning. Working hours start from 7pm and may extend until midnight to 2am, depending on business levels.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service at the tills, website screens on the shopfloor, and the collection counter.
- Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products, and process refunds.
- Maintain a neat and tidy stock room, restocking products from deliveries.
- Assist customers on the shop floor, answering questions and providing product advice.
- Build knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to help provide recommendations.
