Overview
Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter. Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds. Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products – supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet. Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations.

Hours and commitments
- 15 Hour basic contacts.
- Overtime on a rota basis.
- Must be fully flexible, with weekend availability.
