- Lead the Finance Systems strategy, governance, and systems administration.
- Oversee programme and project delivery for finance systems initiatives.
- Manage user training, access controls, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with Technology and Finance leaders to align systems with strategic aims.
- Govern processes and drive security and data governance across financial data.
- Lead and develop a high-performing Finance Systems team.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across Finance and Technology.
Key requirements
- Recognised professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Understanding of finance systems and technology; ability to lead adoption, optimisation, and governance.
- People management experience leading a Finance Systems team in a large, complex organisation.
- Experience delivering finance-related programmes and projects with governance and implementation.
- Experience leading organisational change and adopting new systems/processes.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across Finance and Technology.
