The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.
You will be responsible for the management of marketing campaigns to drive participation and transactions with partners, as well as Nectar programme engagement. Reporting to the Nectar Campaign Delivery Director, you will oversee Campaign Delivery Executives and contribute to the execution of campaigns for over 1000 partners & merchants. Your role will involve ensuring best-in-class end-to-end campaign management, coordinating and trafficking campaign activity using clear processes, and designing and optimising communications for customers. You will be accountable for assessing campaigns and activations, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, quality control, and obtaining necessary approvals prior to deployment.
Additionally, you will motivate, advise, and coach your team on best practices, support new starter training and strategic direction initiatives, and foster collaborative relationships with colleagues from Nectar and Sainsbury's. You will also take the lead on internal projects, presenting outcomes and highlighting opportunities for proactive business change. You are a highly skilled professional with experience in managing loyalty campaigns in FMCG or marketing environments. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing business needs enables you to effectively prioritise and deliver campaigns with excellence.
With your commercial understanding, you identify opportunities and implement new ideas and process improvements to drive customer engagement and satisfaction. Your natural ability to motivate and coach teams, combined with your strong organisational skills and analytical mindset, ensure the successful coordination and execution of multiple campaigns. As a proactive individual, you continuously seek opportunities for personal and team development, fostering a growth mindset and driving a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience managing end-to-end loyalty and/or CRM marketing campaigns (ideally within Partnerships, retail, or a fast-paced marketing operational environment), from briefing through to launch and post‑campaign review.
- Evidence of leading or managing others (directly or via matrix working), including coaching on best practice, supporting onboarding/training, and driving consistent delivery standards.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and partners, and to use performance insight to recommend optimisations and process improvements.
