As a Customer Advisor, you'll provide the very best experience for our customers when they visit our stores to shop or collect their online orders.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shop floor and at the collection counter.
  • Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds.
  • Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products - supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet.
  • Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations.

Working in our stores Eligibility:

  • You must be above the school-leaver age in your country.
  • You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
  • Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
  • Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.
