Overview
In this role you will lead a fast-paced online picking and delivery team, ensuring a seamless experience for in-store and online customers. You will coach a large team of shoppers and drivers, collaborate with store managers, and drive performance through KPIs. You’ll oversee early morning operations and take charge in the absence of senior leadership. This is an opportunity to shape daily operations and customer service at scale within a trusted retailer.

Responsibilities
- Plan and orchestrate online picking and delivery operations to support in-store service
- Lead, coach and manage a large team of shoppers and drivers
- Collaborate with other store managers to improve overall shopping experience
- Manage performance, capability, disciplinaries, scheduling and pay accuracy
- Oversee early-morning shift (04:00–08:00) and ensure smooth operations in absence of senior management
