Overview
In this role you will plan and lead the online picking and delivery team to support the in-store online service, acting as a visible coach for a large team of shoppers and drivers. You will collaborate with store leadership to ensure a seamless shopping experience and manage performance, scheduling, and employee relations. The role operates early mornings to fulfill deliveries, focusing on customer service, safety, and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership position with a clear impact on KPI delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Plan and orchestrate the delivery of the online picking and delivery team to support in-store online service
- Lead, coach and engage a large team of shoppers and drivers to ensure a seamless and safe shopping experience
- Collaborate with other managers to ensure overall store shopping experience success
- Manage performance, capability, disciplinaries, scheduling and pay accuracy
- Operate early morning shifts (4:00–8:00) to prepare deliveries
Key requirements
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and coaching others
- Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Operational leadership experience, including stepping in for senior management when needed
- Record of meeting or exceeding KPIs (sales, availability, customer satisfaction, engagement)
- Experience managing employee relations issues (performance and absence management)
- Customer-centric mindset
