Overview

In this role you ensure the store runs smoothly as the hands-on manager, often solo, while coaching a team to deliver excellent service. You own daily store operations, maintain safety and efficiency, and lead performance and scheduling. You collaborate with a network of nearby stores when needed and drive KPIs across sales, availability and colleague engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role that shapes customer experience and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth running
