Overview
As a Customer & Trading Manager, you ensure smooth daily store operations and lead a small management team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. You drive service quality, KPIs and performance, and take ownership of people management, including disciplinaries and scheduling. You may support other stores when needed, acting as the operational heartbeat in the absence of senior managers. This role blends hands-on leadership with a focus on delivering a seamless shopping experience and real impact on store performance.
