Overview
In this role you will own the Vision, Strategy and Roadmap for Data & Insights at Nectar, shaping how we understand customers and products. You’ll work in a cross-functional team to prioritise impactful changes, guided by data and research, delivering valuable features to users. You’ll partner with engineers, analysts, data scientists and product managers, coordinating with stakeholders and third parties to drive the product forward. Responsibilities
- Own the Vision, Strategy and Roadmap for Data & Insights
- Prioritise work based on value, using data and research to inform choices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineers, Analysts, Data Scientists and Product Managers
- Engage with multiple stakeholders, clients and third parties to shape feature development
- Review, optimise and iterate existing capabilities and introduce new features to meet customer needs
Key requirements
- Experience in a technical, data product or business analyst role
- Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and sprint goals
- Strong emphasis on agile processes and clear documentation
- Curious about technology and able to work with engineers, architects and third parties
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a large product community
- Courage to weigh data and risk when exploring new solutions
- People-oriented with relationship-building skills
- Experience with retail media, data, insight or programmatic advertising is a plus
