What you'll do:

- Collaborate closely with the learning technology team to ensure smooth LMS administrative processes and provide technical guidance for learning solution development.
- Manage third-party content, update content based on stakeholder requests, maintain accurate file storage, and lead content reviews to support continuous improvement and evaluation metrics.
Your excellent organisational skills, knowledge of Learning Management Systems, and ability to build productive relationships across teams will be key in ensuring the smooth operation and effective delivery of learning solutions within the organisation.
Who you are:
You're a detail-oriented professional with excellent organisational skills and a strong understanding of learning management systems and content administration. With your experience in testing and uploading SCORM content, coupled with your proficiency in project management and prioritisation, you ensure the smooth production and delivery of learning solutions. Your ability to build trusted relationships, seek opportunities for improvement, and take ownership of tasks demonstrates your commitment to delivering high-quality learning content that aligns with the organisation's goals and values.
Essential criteria:
- Demonstrable experience administering learning content within an LMS, including uploading, testing and maintaining SCORM or similar digital learning objects.
- Proven ability to manage content production workflows, including updating existing modules, maintaining accurate file storage and coordinating reviews with stakeholders.
- Evidence of collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external content suppliers, providing technical guidance and supporting smooth delivery of learning solutions.
