Overview

As Employer Brand & Attraction Lead, you will own the activation of our employer brand across the full talent lifecycle, partnering with recruitment teams to translate the EVP into campaigns, content, and experiences. You’ll manage campaigns, content, social channels, events, and advocacy to connect with current and future talent, while ensuring the brand is consistently represented across touchpoints. The role combines creativity with commercial impact in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll lead improvements to the careers website and the employee advocacy program, shaping how we attract and engage talent at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Activate employer brand across volume, professional, technology, and early careers hiring
  • Translate EVP into campaigns, content, social channels, and events
  • Lead careers website experience improvements and candidate journeys
  • Manage employee advocacy program and develop the Employer Brand Clinic
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent brand activation across channels
  • Influence recruitment marketing activities to align with brand, audience needs, and hiring priorities
  • Balance creativity with commercial impact to deliver measurable results
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns from brief to delivery and optimisation

Key requirements

  • Experience in employer brand and recruitment marketing
  • Proven delivery of employer brand activation campaigns and content
  • Strong project management across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, deadlines, budgets
  • Excellent relationship-building and ability to partner with internal/external stakeholders and suppliers
