Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and implement a comprehensive email and push marketing strategy to maximise online purchases and participation in loyalty programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop marketing plans and deploy campaigns with accuracy and timeliness
- Forecast and report on email performance and lead strategic projects to enhance audience understanding, optimise digital experiences, and improve measurement
- Drive personalization, automation, and efficiency in campaigns to maximise commercial outcomes
- Manage and develop a team of Email Marketing Assistants and coordinate with agencies and tech partners
Key requirements
- Proven experience delivering successful email and/or push marketing strategies
- Experience in CRM, email marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, and personalisation techniques
- Experience using marketing data and analytics to optimise campaign performance and drive commercial outcomes
- Experience forecasting, reporting, and presenting marketing performance metrics and insights
