Overview
In this role you lead daily store operations with a small management team, ensuring customers are served efficiently and safely. You own performance, people management, and scheduling, stepping up in the absence of more senior leaders. You’ll drive KPI outcomes and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional service, while supporting network-wide store collaboration. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear impact on store performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day store operations and maintain service standards
- Act as the primary manager when needed, ensuring accountability for the whole shop
- Lead a team to deliver efficient, safe customer service
- Manage performance, capability, and disciplinary processes
- Coordinate scheduling and pay accuracy
- Support cross-store collaboration when required
- Drive store KPIs related to sales, availability, customer satisfaction, and engagement
- Oversee store operations in the absence of more senior management
