What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service at the tills, website screens on the shop floor, and the collection counter.
  • Collect products from the stock area for customers, process payments, provide details on our financial services for certain products, and handle refunds.
  • Keep the stock room neat and tidy, restock products from deliveries.
  • Assist customers on the shop floor with questions and provide product recommendations.
  • Build knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to enhance customer assistance.
