Role Overview: We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and motivated Digital Sales Representative to drive sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics using your experience in SaaS opportunity creation & sales. You will work with a team of field sales counterparts to penetrate new accounts and cross‑sell into existing SailPoint accounts, delivering a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model and maximizing revenue in target accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics.
- Deliver a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model.
- Maximise revenue in target accounts.
- Collaborate with Outside Account Executives, SEs, Channel Partners, and other field sales counterparts.
- Penetrate new accounts and cross‑sell into existing SailPoint accounts.
- Use LinkedIn, 6Sense, TechTarget, and ZoomInfo for prospecting.
- Uncover corporate insights and persona‑based imperatives.
- Sequence prospects, both outbound and inbound, and action leads within time‑bound SLAs.
- Convert leads to opportunities within Salesforce.
Path to Success:
- First Month Milestones: Complete Getting Started Checklist, onboarding courses, and HR onboarding sessions. Familiarise with High‑Level Function Org Chart. Complete Challenger Sales Training and make use of video collateral. Learn the SailPoint pitch. Meet key stakeholders (Digital Sales, AEs, Marketing, Channel, Sales Leadership). Meet buddy and set up bi‑weekly meetings & 1‑on‑1s with manager. Shadow first discovery call. Ensure access to and familiarity with all digital tech stack tools. Walk manager through prospecting efforts and demonstrate corporate insights knowledge. Sequence prospects and action leads within SLAs.
- By Month 3: Complete Challenger Sales Training & Introduction to Commercial Insights. Complete Revenue Onboarding. Conduct mock discovery call and refine SailPoint pitch. Develop and review personal development plan with manager. Shadow 4 discovery calls. Align top 4 accounts and map them. Make first 10 outreach calls and book first discovery call. Create at least one opportunity in Salesforce. Deliver against core KPIs as documented in the KPI dashboard.
- By Month 6: Achieve funnel & pipeline targets and manage all critical activities through the KPI dashboard. Close a deal, as marked by DSR Closer.
- By Month 12: Deliver against yearly target for funnel and pipeline. Maintain KPI results on track with targets. Close deals independently without support of AE.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Fluency in both Polish and English.
- Experience in SaaS opportunity creation & sales.
- Effective communication skills.
- Highly organised and persuasive.
- Deep understanding of digital sales techniques.
