SailPoint is looking for a talented, enthusiastic Digital Sales Representative to drive sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics. The role focuses on SaaS opportunity creation and sales, delivering a positive customer experience with the SailPoint sales model while maximizing revenue in target accounts.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Deliver a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model.
- Maximise revenue in target accounts and cross‑sell into existing SailPoint accounts.
- Collaborate closely with field sales counterparts (Outside Account Executives, SEs, Channel Partners, etc.) to penetrate new accounts and drive revenue.
- Use digital tools (LinkedIn, 6Sense, TechTarget, ZoomInfo, Salesforce) to uncover insights, sequence prospects, and manage leads within SLAs.
- Continue learning and applying the SailPoint pitch through training and real‑world discovery calls.
Path to Success
- First month: complete onboarding tasks, complete training courses, learn the high‑level organization, and practice discovery calls.
- Three months: finish Challenger Sales Training, refine your SailPoint pitch, create a development plan, shadow discovery calls, and generate the first opportunities in Salesforce.
- Six months: meet funnel and pipeline targets, close a deal with AE support, and maintain KPI results.
- 12 months: meet yearly funnel and pipeline targets, close deals independently, and remain on track with key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Ambitious self‑starter with a proven ability to process inbound inquiries and identify qualified leads.
- 2+ years of successful telemarketing experience in technology.
- Strong relationship selling skills and the ability to manage sales calls across customer account levels.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Exceptional oral and written communication, active listening, and a positive, energetic phone presence.
