Für unsere Praxiskurse und Skippertrainings suchen wir weiterhin deutschsprachige Cruising und Yachtmaster Instructors. Wir bezahlen gut und erwarten von unseren Instructors eine angenehme, sympathische und empathische Ausstrahlung, Spass am Unterrichten und Zuverlässigkeit im Zusammenhang mit dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe. Du wirst mit der Praxisausbildung im Solent und in Frankreich eingesetzt, aber wir haben auch Trainings in Kroatien und auf Mallorca. Du musst nicht in den Orten wohnhaft sein, aber bereit sein, für 4-6 Wochen am Stück in den jeweiligen Revieren für uns die Ausbildung zu fahren. Wir nutzen ausschließlich Yachten, die für die kommerzielle Nutzung lizensiert sind (See-BG Abnahme oder MCA coded vessels).
Voraussetzungen:
- Du hast die eine gültige RYA Instructor Lizenz und Lust, bei unseren Praxiskursen mitzuwirken.
- Du hast Lust und Freude mehrere Tage mit deinen Kunden zusammen auf einem Schiff zu verbringen, bist kommunikativ und freundlich und vor allem geduldig im Umgang mit unseren Kunden.
- Da unsere Kunden aus unterschiedlichen Ländern kommen, sind gute Deutsch-, aber auch Englischkenntnisse eine Voraussetzung.
