SailGP is looking for a Production Coordinator to join the in-house content team based in our London office. The successful candidate will work with the Production Management team to provide production, logistical and administrative support on our Live broadcast of the SailGP events.
Key Responsibilities- Organising shoots & international OBs (Outside Broadcast) for a remote production
- Preparing call sheets and helping create risk assessments
- Looking after international & UK travel arrangements for crew and production team
- Assisting onsite logistics & catering during event weeks
- Liaising with freelance crew and suppliers
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Assisting editorial team with post production paperwork
The candidate must have experience in the following:
- Working in Live TV broadcast as a Production Coordinator, with onsite OB experience.
- Crew booking and logistics coordination across international productions.
- Confident in managing call sheets and creating risk assessments (to be overseen by the Production Team) for both OBs and shoots.
- Working with small and large crews with a strong knowledge of how international OBs are managed.
- Post production paperwork e.g Music Cue Sheets & transcribing.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to keep track of ever changing plans.

- Comfortable working remotely.
Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days per week in the London Office. Please note: This role may involve international travel to events, weekend and flexible working.
