SailGP is seeking a dynamic and organised Marketing Executive to join our London office. This role is a key part of SailGP’s fast-paced global marketing team, supporting the delivery of marketing activity across Europe and Middle East events. Working closely with the EMEA Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing, the Marketing Executive will also provide essential administrative support to the wider global marketing function. The ideal candidate will be organised, process driven, and passionate about sport, with hands-on experience of delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Planning & Delivery
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for EMEA events
- Produce clear campaign briefs and co-ordinate with internal teams to deliver across digital, CRM, content, and social channels
- Manage day-to-day coordination of the campaigns, including asset briefing and producing copy for owned and earned channels
- Maintain and distribute relevant toolkits ensuring activity is delivered on time and to the brief
- Continually improve campaign design, copy and processes
- Update marketing plans and produce post-event reports for all EMEA events
- Set up processes and maintain workflows and documents via Monday.com boards
- Creative & Content Management
- Partner with content and design teams to brief and deliver engaging copy and assets for paid media CRM and relevant toolkits to promote EMEA events
- Support influencer and creator activity to drive event awareness in each market
- Digital, CRM & Performance
- Work with digital and CRM teams to ensure campaigns are fully supported across paid and owned channels
- Assist with tracking, reporting, and analysing campaign performance, using insights to inform optimisation and future activity
- Stakeholder & Market Insight
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, agencies and external stakeholders
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform creative and strategic thinking
- Track and analyse the performance of marketing and communications activations, and provide regular reports and data-driven recommendations for future campaigns
- Gather data and information from our data and insights team, along with our research partners to inform communication and engagement strategies.
- Administration & Team Support
- Coordinate department meetings, agendas and action-item tracking
- Provide central administrative support role across Global Marketing, Procurement, Finance and Legal including: vendors onboarding and contract processing via Gatekeeper, raising purchase orders and tracking procurement progress, supporting with service agreements, invoicing
