Summary: The Campaign Delivery Manager is a hands‑on, high‑output role responsible for delivering highly personalised fan engagement campaigns across email, web, app and digital touchpoints. The role requires a proactive, product‑minded approach that not only ensures campaign execution excellence, but continuously identifies opportunities to improve fan journeys, digital experiences, reporting frameworks and marketing automation capabilities across the SailGP ecosystem. You will play a key role in shaping fan‑first digital experiences, providing strategic recommendations based on audience insights and performance data, and collaborating cross‑functionally with Marketing and Technology teams to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning, Build and Deployment
- Design, build, and manage complex multi‑channel campaigns (email, web pages, push, in‑app, social) using Eloqua’s tools and capabilities.
- Develop and maintain automated campaign workflows to optimise campaign performance and ultimately enhance the fan experience.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify opportunities for optimisation, and implement best practices for campaign deliverability, engagement, sales and segmentation.
- Champion a test and learn approach, ensuring each campaign has a clear objective and clear hypothesis that is being challenged.
- Work closely with the Campaign Manager and wider Fan Engagement team on the outbound comms calendar to ensure campaigns are resourced, planned and built on time.
- Support the implementation and deployment of dynamic content and personalised creative solutions, including Movable Ink experiences, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Campaign Reporting and Recommendations
- Own the delivery of weekly, monthly and campaign‑specific reporting that provides clear performance analysis, audience insights, trend identification and actionable recommendations.
- Translate campaign and behavioural data into strategic insights that support fan engagement, retention and revenue growth objectives.
- Champion a test‑and‑learn culture by defining hypotheses, analysing outcomes and sharing learnings with stakeholders.
- Technology Development and Recommendations
- Champion the integration of new customer data into the wider technology stack to further improve the quality of the data available for campaigns.
- Work with internal stakeholders to grow the number of data collection points across the SailGP ecosystem and the depth of data collected at each point.
- Work with the Campaign Lead and Tech teams to identify tech solutions that will capture increased data from SailGP fans – eg, through gamification, polls and quizzes.
- Digital Product Management
- Responsible for development of SailGP Digital Marketing Products including App, Web, Micro‑Sites, to increase digital traffic, data collection and brand awareness in key territories.
- Be a key stakeholder re product development, inputting from a fan experience perspective for content management, strategy, UX/UI and fan engagement.
- Support Digital Product development cycles and launches, using project management tools (Jira) to track responsibilities and action content and CMS updates in a timely manner.
- Provide clear UX, content and fan journey feedback on digital product updates, webpage developments and campaign landing experiences.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
- Build strong collaborative relationships across Marketing, Product, Technology and regional teams to improve campaign effectiveness and fan engagement outcomes.
- Share campaign learnings, technical innovations and workflow improvements with stakeholders and wider teams.

- Extensive experience in campaign deployment role – client or agency side – managing lifecycles and high volume campaigns.
- Experience driving growth (data records and revenue) from a complex database with highly personalised communications.
- Specialist knowledge of marketing technology/automation platforms – eg, Eloqua.
- Specialist knowledge of headless content management systems – eg, Contentful.
- Ability to understand data to drive changes in fan behaviour.
- Able to prioritise workload in a high output environment.
- Able to filter high volumes of information to focus on key insights.
- Specialist knowledge of communication channels – email, push, in‑app, web, social.
- Personable with ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.
