Summary We’re building out a dedicated in-house Paid Media function to support the growing needs of our global business and marketing teams. As part of this evolution, we’re looking for a Media Manager to join the team at a pivotal time. Reporting into the Paid Media Lead, you’ll play a key role in developing and delivering best-in‑class digital campaigns across Paid Social, Search and Display. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to manage the media lifecycle – from planning and execution to reporting and optimisation. This is a hands‑on planning role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to help shape the future of an internal agency setup. You will manage a significant budget and have the opportunity to develop a junior executive, while contributing directly to our core business goals – from growing global fandom to driving lead generation and ticket sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Media Planning
- Be confident working across a variety of campaign briefs and business areas, understanding their distinct objectives and KPIs – such as audience growth, lead generation and ticket sales.
- Translate campaign strategies into detailed, channel‑specific media plans across Programmatic, Video, Social and Mobile channels and platforms.
- Keep up‑to‑date on the market, platform updates and evolving best practices to support campaign optimisation and testing opportunities.
- Support test‑and‑learn initiatives by helping set up experiments and tracking their performance, collaborating on recommendations with the Paid Media Lead.
- Assess the performance of campaigns through timely reporting and analysis.
- Maintain campaign data and performance toolkits alongside the Paid Media Lead, ensuring accurate tracking, regular reporting and documented learnings.
- Work with Fan Engagement and Marketing teams on media campaigns and share performance trends that could provide valuable insights.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance media performance and overall operational efficiency.
- Campaign Execution
- Work with the Performance Marketing Executive to build out best in class campaign structures within Search, Programmatic and Social platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement a testing framework (e.g. A/B testing, creative iterations) to continuously drive incremental value and learnings.
- Produce paid media reports, demonstrating strong analytical skills, as well as an ability to interpret results in light of the wider marcomms and business context.
- Team Management & Development
- Coach, develop and manage a Performance Marketing Executive.
- Provide ongoing development and support for your direct report, including but not limited, regular 1:1s, appraisals, managing performance reviews, setting tangible objectives, addressing any performance issues, identifying and delivering on training gaps etc.
- Work alongside the Paid Media Lead for performance management.

About You
- Hands on, demonstrable experience managing campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn and DSP platforms.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge and skills.
- 6‑12 months’ experience in people’s management or support, i.e. mentoring.
- Previous experience in a similar role at an Agency or Advertising platform provider for a minimum of one year.
- Smart & passionate about digital and new technology.
- Strong analytical background with a deep understanding of omni‑channel strategy and attribution.
- Effective project management and communication skills needed to manage various projects and global stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially when employing individual processes and procedures.
- Able to communicate confidently and adapt communication style according to the needs of the stakeholder.
- Able to work independently but values working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Works effectively and enjoys a fast‑paced, start‑up environment.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to exceed expectations.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across multiple departments (global & local).
Location
Location - West London. Hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days per week in the London Office.
