Reporting directly to the Design Lead, the Spatial and 3D Interior Designer owns the visual, interior, and experiential design environment for Sail GP’s premium guest and fan spaces.
Operating within the "Blueprint Engine Room", this role focuses on generating high-quality 3D renders, interior spatial plans, and fit-out drawings for spaces such as the Adrenaline Lounge, Vela, VIP viewing areas, and Fan Village activations.
This is a desk-based creative and technical role.
You do not manage on-site styling or physical installations.
Instead, you synthesise commercial objectives, brand guidelines, and procurement fit-out inventories to create high-impact, photorealistic visual models and exact interior fit-out plans for production teams and suppliers to execute.

- Maintain a central 3D asset library of standard Sail GP furniture, fixtures, bars, and branded architectural elements.
- Interior Spatial Planning & Fit-Out Detailing
- Design detailed interior floor plans, ceiling plans, and interior elevation layouts for premium hospitality structures, guest lounges, and commercial sponsor activations.
- Plan interior spatial flow, bar/catering service layouts, lounge seating arrangements, and audio-visual placement to ensure both operational efficiency and a premium guest experience.
- Produce clear Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) schedules and interior layout packs for procurement and local fit-out contractors.
- Brand Integration & Commercial Alignment
- Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing teams to ensure all interior visual assets align with brand guidelines and sponsor integration requirements.
- Work with the Infrastructure Planning & Procurement team to ensure specified interior materials, furniture ranges, and fit-out elements match available inventory and budget constraints.

- Proven experience in high-end hospitality interior design, spatial design, luxury event environments, or experiential set design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-impact photorealistic renders and practical interior floor plan layouts.
