We are hiring an Event Marketing Partner for TikTok, working on campaigns and events across the UK and EU.

About the Team

This role sits within the Organisational Culture (OC) function, specifically within the internal marketing and engagement team. The team focuses on driving culture and engagement initiatives aligned with company values, primarily through key event campaigns and ongoing programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Global Campaign Execution
    • Support the Global Activation Team in delivering events UK and EU through efficient collaboration with local.
    • Ensure all executions follow Global Event SOPs and timelines.
    • Coordinate with local teams to collect feedback, conduct evaluations, and consolidate post-event reports in a timely manner.
  • Communication & Local Intelligence
    • Facilitate regular communication between global and local teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
    • Compile and share local market insights and intelligence to strengthen global–local understanding and improve campaign synchronisation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Sociology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in event marketing, or related roles; experience in the tech sector is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations and activation, with hands-on experience across the full execution lifecycle (design, vendor sourcing, production, and launch).
  • Proven project management experience in a fast-paced, highly diversified, and global working environment.
  • Excellent command of office and productivity tools (Word/Docs, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to manage documents and data reports on a regular basis.

  • Location: London (Verdant / KS offices)
  • Working model: Fully onsite
  • Travel: Opportunity to travel 30–40% across EU markets, depending on campaign needs
  • Contract: 2-year fixed-term (with potential for extension)
  • Candidates must have the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available.
