What we're looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience working with a TikTok Shop agency or supporting TikTok Shop sellers.
- At least 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management, ideally within e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem and seller growth strategies.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to understand seller needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
Job Description:
- Take full ownership of incubating high-potential KA & SMB sellers by identifying their growth paths and supporting them in achieving key business milestones.
- Deliver tailored solutions through a combination of 1:1 high-touch seller diagnosis (to uncover pain points and growth opportunities) and scalable horizontal enablement programs.
- Lead and execute one incubation program end-to-end—covering proposal development, planning, execution, performance tracking, and impact evaluation with support from strategy ie. Online matchmaking events, live webinars etc.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with category, operations, and product teams to unlock growth levers and ensure seller success based on their industry growth path.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve seller performance and program effectiveness.
