Key Responsibilities
Conduct online compliance reviews for new dangerous goods products entering UK & EU warehouses, including verification of merchant MSDS documentation, hazardous material properties, UN numbers, and hazard classifications to ensure accurate and compliant categorisation.
Coordinate inbound shipment warehouse allocation based on product category, warehouse admission criteria, and capacity limits across facilities.
Perform packaging solution compatibility reviews for all newly inbound products in accordance with warehouse packaging standards.
Monitor customer complaint trends associated with packaging solutions, and proactively initiate improvement requests for products with identified anomalies.
Requirements
~ Education background in logistics, packaging, or related fields is preferred.
~1β3 years of experience in e-commerce warehousing and logistics preferred.
~ Prior experience in dangerous goods compliance review, DG auditing, or hazardous materials assessment is a strong plus.
~ Language skills: Proficient English, and Chinese-speaker will be preferred.
~ Detail-oriented and methodical, with a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and a foundational awareness of compliance and risk management.
