The Role
You’ll need
- Strong practical skills and initiative
- Confidence leading a team
- A good eye for detail and presentation
- Physical fitness for outdoor work
- A full UK driving licence
We’re looking for someone practical, organised and confident who can lead a team on site.
You’ll be
- Leading Luxury Sailcloth Tent installations and dismantles
- Running the crew and keeping builds efficient
- Solving on-site problems when plans change
- Training newer team members
- Maintaining equipment and keeping standards high
- Ensuring health & safety on site
Most builds involve leading a team of 8–12 people , depending on the installation.
You’ll be trusted to take ownership on site, lead the team properly, and make decisions when needed.
