The role involves managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters - sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers - from instruction through to completion. You will work within a supportive team that takes compliance seriously without letting it become a barrier to doing great work. This is a role with genuine progression. We are growing quickly and we promote from within. The right person will move into a team leader position as the business expands.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years managing your own residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Confident across freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Strong on compliance and AML
  • Equally strong on client communication
  • Curious about technology and open to doing things differently
  • CILEx, CLC licence or law degree preferred but not essential if your experience speaks for itself

  • Up to £45,000 depending on experience, with flexibility for an outstanding candidate
  • Hybrid working with a couple of days per week in our Weston-super-Mare office
