Sail Legal is seeking a Conveyancing Specialist in a hybrid role based in Chester or Weston-super-Mare. You will handle Transfer of Equity and Assent transactions, draft TR1s and Assents, manage SDLT submissions, lender consent, and Land Registry applications with minimal supervision.
You will liaise with clients and stakeholders, conduct title checks, and keep case files accurate and up-to-date using standard Microsoft Office tools.
