We are growing and looking for a specialist who understands Transfer of Equity and Assent transactions inside out. If you are confident drafting TR1s and Assents, submitting SDLT, dealing with lender consent, and managing Land Registry applications without hand-holding, we want to hear from you. Duties:
- Prepare and review legal documentation related to property transactions, including contracts and transfer deeds.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth property transfers.
- Conduct title searches and verify ownership details using relevant databases and systems.
- Manage case files efficiently, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with external agencies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Maintain organised records of all transactions and correspondence using Microsoft Office applications.
- Provide clear communication updates to clients regarding the progress of their cases.

Requirements:

On-site parking. Must be able to commute to Chester or Weston-super-Mare at least twice a week to attend the office. Must be able to commute to Chester at least once per month for meetings and to partner businesses as required.
