Saïd Business School is seeking an ambitious and motivated Recruitment and Admissions Manager to oversee the end-to-end recruitment and admissions process for our Oxford summer programmes for high school students aged 16-18. This is a unique opportunity to shape the growth of our Youth Education portfolio by attracting outstanding students from around the world.
You will design and deliver recruitment strategies, manage targeted marketing campaigns, build relationships with schools and agents, and ensure a responsive admissions process that upholds Oxford's standards of academic excellence and integrity. Operating at the intersection of marketing, recruitment and admissions, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the reach and impact of our programmes, ensuring that each cohort reflects the diversity, ambition and talent we aim to nurture.
Key responsibilities:- Develop innovative recruitment approaches across domestic and international markets, leveraging schools, alumni, digital campaigns and events.
- Work with communications teams to design segmented campaigns (email, social, digital advertising) that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Build personalised lead-nurturing journeys through webinars, live chats and tailored communications to guide students from enquiry to enrolment.
- Partner with academic leads, University admissions and external stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class recruitment experience that aligns with Oxford's policies and values.
- Monitor KPIs (applications, conversion, yield, engagement) and use insights to continuously refine strategies.
You will have proven success in marketing, admissions or recruitment, ideally within education or youth programming, with experience in the UK or international school sector considered a strong advantage. You will bring expertise in lead generation, CRM systems and digital marketing tools, alongside excellent copywriting and communication skills for engaging, student-focused content.
