Main responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with clients, internal and external stakeholders to define and deliver programme requirements.
  • Lead the logistical planning and management of key programme tasks, including accommodation, transportation and catering arrangements for participants.
  • Work with faculty and contributors to obtain content and logistical requirements.
  • Create and maintain programme specific virtual learning platforms.
  • Ensure excellence in delivery throughout each programme, dealing efficiently with any issues or requests.

  • Freelance programme/event managers, with prior relevant experience.
  • The ability to build relationships and maintain engagement when working remotely.
  • Strong communicators, able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Confident, solution-focused individuals with a passion for customer/client service.
  • An organised approach and the ability to work under pressure without compromising attention to detail.

You must have the Right to Work within the UK as this position may not amount to enough points under the points-based immigration system in the UK.
