Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford is a global leader in executive education. We equip individuals and organisations to tackle world-scale challenges through transformational learning experiences. We are looking for expert freelance Programme Managers to help lead the planning, logistics and delivery of our Executive Education programmes (events) both on-campus and online.
Main responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with clients, internal and external stakeholders to define and deliver programme requirements.
- Lead the logistical planning and management of key programme tasks, including: accommodation, transportation and catering arrangements for participants; working with faculty and contributors to obtain content and logistical requirements; and creating and maintaining programme specific virtual learning platforms.
- Excellence in delivery throughout each programme, dealing efficiently with any issues or requests.
