Oxford Saïd is looking for a dynamic and highly organised Programme Manager to take a leading role in the delivery of our world-class Executive MBA. This flagship programme attracts over 140 students annually from more than 30 countries, generating around £12m in tuition revenue and carrying a global reputation for excellence.
As Executive MBA Programme Manager, you will ensure that every aspect of the student journey – from induction through to graduation – meets the exceptionally high standards our students expect and deserve. This is a pivotal role in translating Oxford Saïd’s strategic vision into a seamless, high-quality service.
Key responsibilities:- Oversee project and event management for all Executive MBA modules, major events and overseas study weeks.
- Manage logistics for faculty members, guest speakers and group/individual coaching programmes.
- Act as a first point of contact for Executive MBA students, handling queries with professionalism and discretion.
- Manage budgets, procurement and financial reporting, ensuring value for money and efficiency.
- Support alumni engagement and build strong, collaborative stakeholder relationships.
You will have proven experience in managing programmes, projects or events within higher education or a professional setting. You will demonstrate outstanding customer service and professionalism, confidently engaging with senior executives from diverse cultural and industry backgrounds. Strong budget management, collaborative teamwork, innovative problem-solving and excellent IT and communication skills are essential.
You must have the Right to Work within the UK as this position may not amount to enough points under the points-based immigration system in the UK.
