Alumni Support Coordinator, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses UK

Grade 5: £32,108 – £37,338 per annum including the Oxford University weighting of £1,730 per annum

Fixed-term (to 31 August 2027), full time (36.5 hours per week)

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Alumni Support Coordinator to join the Executive Education team at Saïd Business School. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering the alumni community programme for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses UK initiative.

You will be central to ensuring a high-quality experience for alumni businesses, faculty and stakeholders by coordinating operations, communications and events. Reporting to the Senior Alumni Engagement Manager and working closely with colleagues across Executive Education, you will help strengthen the alumni community and support its ongoing success.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning, logistics and delivery of alumni events and activities (in-person, online and hybrid).
  • Support alumni communications, community platform updates and engagement activities.
  • Maintain accurate alumni records using Salesforce and assist with reporting.
  • Host and support webinars, ensuring smooth delivery of virtual sessions.
  • Process invoices and manage expenditure in line with budgets.

Qualifications / Requirements

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You will have a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service and stakeholder engagement, alongside experience in planning and delivering events across in-person, virtual and hybrid formats. With strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, you will also be confident in managing logistics and using CRM systems.
