Position Overview
Machine Operator – Packaging – Thrapston, NN14 4QS
Full‑time, Permanent.
Pay & Hours
Starting salary: £33,347.15, increasing to £35,813.84 after successful completion of probation.
Shift pattern: Double Days (6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm) Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Operate rotary dye‑cut and case maker machines.
- Produce high quality corrugated cardboard packaging solutions.
- Maintain production standards and customer specifications.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the conversion team to improve processes.
